We recommend a minimum space of 10ft × 10ft (3m × 3m) for our standard setup. This includes the platform, camera arm, and room for guests to move. For the VIP package with LED wall and gaming station, we'd need about 15ft × 15ft.

Guests can receive their 360° videos instantly through multiple methods: QR code scan, AirDrop (iOS), SMS link, or email. Our sharing station makes it effortless — just step off the platform and your video is ready within seconds.

Absolutely! Our Premium and VIP packages include custom branding. We can add your logo, event name, custom overlays, branded frames, and even custom video filters. This is included in Premium+ or available as a KSh 5K add-on for other packages.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when available — so don't hesitate to reach out!

Yes! We serve clients across Kenya. Events outside Nairobi incur a small logistics fee for transport and accommodation where needed. Contact us for a tailored quote for your location.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments.
